I went to your Shirley Southampton branch today and found the service to be terrible. Waited in queue for over 15 minutes no one came and apologised for the delay just stayed out the back with the pharmacist. On busy days like Mondays and Fridays there should be at least 2 people taking scripts and one person running those scripts to the pharmacist. As it is there is usually half an hour to forty five minutes wait for the script. I have no choice to go there as it is near my GPs surgery but some thing must be done to make life bearable. No one said sorry for keeping you waiting not a word was uttered by the staff who by the way look like they hate it there too One very disatisfied customer
