We are always in Iceland and we have a delivery every week. We love what we get and there is plenty of choice and we can get what we need for us as a family. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Well stocked Frozen foods of all kinds and competitive prices, with a wide range of popular basic packaged food & products like Sugar, Coffee, Toilet Rolls, Canned Drinks and other essentials.

Never any staff around. Had my shopping sitting there waiting to be scanned through at the tills and the member of staff walked away saying that it was time for his break and someone else will be out. Me and the queue of 4 other customers behind me just stood there waiting and waiting. One customer just dumped their shopping and walked out. There was absolutely no other staff on the shop floor. Eventually a member of staff came out and got on the till. Surely it's common sense to make sure that there is someone to cover you before you go on your break. No apologies for the wait. The store must get a lot of theft. Leaving the shop floor with no staff is just inviting problems. The worse thing is that this is quite normal for this store. The amount of times that I have been here shopping in the past and there are always massive queues and maybe just 2 members of staff, I think once I saw 3 members of staff, 2 on the till and just 1 in the shop floor.
