Average at best - literally - across the board. Kids enjoyed it which is why it is above a 1/5, however, booking online was great but they didn't give the time on the confirmation weirdly? From an experience perspective it was poor. £25 on food, one of two fries cold other really hot and tasty weird!, portions small. We paid £13.99 for three dishes and the nachos were good, chicken bits small but tasty but the pizza bits were awful - were hard due to microwave, and there were only 2. Amusements pricey - £1.50 for a game of air hockey is extreme in any warp of increased cost of living world. Messy floor throughout the centre. Ticket machines broken. Online ordering system wasn't opening the menu so had to order at the bar not a problem but added another 10 minutes of waiting. Drinks were nice. Biggest failure was the urinals in the men's - as a Manager of a plumbers merchant I was shocked to see a urinal missing and the waste outlet just bagged up in flimsy clear packaging - no cordon, no appropriately lined bagging with substantial protection including hazard taping and barriers to prevent children touching. Should have been capped off and cleaned. Staff were actually really professional and helpful when we engaged with them, but whoever manages the place has a lot to do and should be doing the basics of cleaning and creating a safe environment as a forethought not an afterthought. Including bowling, drinks, food and amusements we spent nearly £250 and the experience was genuinely quite poor sadly.
Bowling was great fun, names entered for you and drinks service at the Lane. Arcade was fun and 4 pool tables.
It is a very nice place to spend with family. The staff was excellent, especially Ash ho is a very nice and polite guy. Definitely, I want to come back here.
Nice location, everything very clean and staff generally helpful. We had a kids party and only comments are around after we were set up no one checked on us and we to do a bit of chasing. Hot drinks also took a very long time to get. But generally would recommend.
I loved it the staff were lovely and the actual experience was nice. It does get busy and is very popular, the drink options were amazing and the prices aren't too bad either. I had three games of bowling and even though it ended fast it was fun and worth it. I am 100% going back and would recommend it to anyone even families as it's kid friendly.
