Such a convenient airport but every time feel anxious going through security because of the 'head up my backside attitude' of the staff. Just damn right rude! Cafeteria staff polite but need more staff when there are two flights going out together, massive queue! Charging for dropping off and picking up, joke as I haven't seen any improvements inside for ages

I know this is a basic airport but employees should at least have basic mannerism and politeness. I could swear every single of them had an attitude. Security was beyond rude. He waved for me to come through and then stopped me to go back because he wasn’t ready. I informed him you waved me through and he said that wasn’t true and to wait my turn. I shook my head in disbelief and the woman behind me told him that he was definitely wrong. He scuffed and mumbled something when walking back. There were no working cash machines on the other side and they wouldn’t let you back through security to get to the others. So, you were basically screwed.

we fly from here 6 times a year and to be honest ignore the reviews from the people on here. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the facilities are very good and turn round time is also very quick.
I wouldn't pick any airport in the UK I'd rather fly from.

Great having a local airport, Shame it is ruined by the ridiculous drop off/pick up charges. Just picked up family, baggage took ages to get off the plane so was at the airport for 40min waiting for them.... £4.90!!! The owners of Bournemouth Airport are greedy and don't care about the service they provide their customers, only about lining their pockets! 
Oh and don't bother with the restaurant, you'll be lucky if you receive your food before it is time to board the plane. Just go to the shop!
I would rather travel to Gatwick for a better, more friendly service with no drop off charges etc than travel the 3 miles to my local airport! Poor!

What ridiculous service provided ... to be dropped in the airport I had to pay £3 or I needed to walk to arrive to the airport. When arriving back to UK you have one taxi company and one bus. If the bus doesn’t take you where you live ... bad luck 
If the taxi company charges you with a ridiculous bill ... bad luck 😒
Accessibility needs to be improved big time...
