Booked the night before, called when no taxi arrived told one being dispatched, there in 10, nothing arrived called to find not dispatched and still a priority, gave up and missed my hospital appointment. Will never use again. Note company also trades as raffles. AVOID
At 7.47am I called, booked a taxi for 10am, confirmed by operator & text msg. 10.02am called company as taxi not arrived, told “apologies but taxi on its way” 10.07am still no taxi! Called again to be told “sorry but no taxi in the area to attend the booking for at least 30mins” Luckily a taxi driver had picked up the booking when he signed in for a shift, & he arrived at 10.20 but by sheer luck! THE COMPANY ACCEPTS BOOKINGS WITHOUT THE CERTAIN KNOWLEDGE OF HAVING ENOUGH DRIVERS & CARS AVAILABLE. DO NOT BE FOOLED THAT YOU WILL GET A TAXI EVEN WITH A CONFIRMED BOOKING. DISGUSTING WAY TO OPERATE A BUSINESS.
Don't ever use this taxi service they are unreliable. I booked for taxi they where 10 minutes late when i called to see where it was they had excuse then waiting further 10 mins atill didnt coke so cancelled as they dont want my custom I went somewhere else
Awful experience. It has happened to me twice, the driver didn't turn the meter on and once we reached the destination he overcharged me. I get the receips in my email so I would get a receipt of like £5 while he would have charged me £10.
Extremely poor service. I have never had to reserve some time to give feedback on a quality of service, until now. The taxi is always late even if I book in advance, and this happened twice for me. I book a taxi in the morning to pick me up in the afternoon and it failed to arrive. The driver gave an excuse saying they have no other cars and that his car broke down. Poor service, I feel sorry for them, getting a bad reputation.
A very professional service. Having downloaded the App and filled in a simple setup screen, I booked a cab and a return journey using the Applications "book a cab" system. You can pay by credit card though the App and although it says "estimated cost" we only paid the amounts shown for both trips. Having received a prompt confirmation call from the control room to welcome me to their system, I was already impressed and looking forward to receiving a good service. Being a busy Friday evening near Christmas, I expected there to be a delay but both drivers were punctual. Because you can track the cab using their car location screen as it comes to you, it means you aren't standing in the cold waiting. An ETA constantly updates and then a text also informs you of their arrival, the car make, model and colour and even the registration number! Very reassuring if you're alone or a vulnerable user in my opinion. Both drivers and their vehicles were of a high standard. Professionally driven throughout and my wife and I felt safe during both journeys. I commended both drivers on their driving standards at the time and said I would pass my commendation to the control room. Perhaps the controlling system they use allows them all time to complete jobs rather than hurrying them along to the next one? Whatever their system, it worked for us and we only have the one issue.....we don't live in the area so possibly won't be using them too much!
