This is now been refurbished and looks better than before. To be honest no one was complaining before. A place with some great deals. Some of the staff are really helpful and courteous.The cafe looms amazing too. Watch out for the offers. Also make sure you have the app ready as they give out nice deals throughout.
Had lunch - just sandwich and a cuppa - then walked round a large sales floor with lots of tempting goods! Bought plates, clothes and a handbag - great result My daughter was in a wheelchair and had very little difficulty in getting around.
I’ve only recently discovered this fantastic shop and have found some really good quality and very reasonably priced goods on my visits! Would also like to note how friendly, smiley and helpful all of the staff have been! The shop is large, very tidy and well stocked. Would recommend a visit!
Overall a great store BUT the changing rooms close 15 minutes before the store ... No problem I thought. I was trying clothes on 30 minutes before changing room closing time ... Wrong. Don't dare go into the changing rooms 1/2 hour before they shut because staff have already turned the air conditioning off, so it is uncomfortably hot ... And they are not as helpful at that time either. It was changing room staff that brought my score down ... Shame.
