Went to baby bounce as my Son is 2. The soft play is quite small but it was lovely and clean which was good. I struggled as the big trampolines are near the soft play and my son wanted to go on them but you have to be 3 to go on them so I had to keep redirecting him and he was getting upset. You now have to pay for adults to get in but you get that money back off for food or drink purchased in the cafe.

Took my kids to have some Easter fun..Booked online..couldn't fund the supervisor option so had to book non jumper which was alright with me. Great place for spending a couple of hours time out. Not the cheapest entertainment though...

The good things... free parking,  decent staff who are friendly and tolerant and some good games/activities... 

Bad things... quite small compared to other trampoline parks, you MUST buy their socks (money making scheme) as other nonslip socks are suitable, lockers are non-fundable, no water available to drink unlike other parks, expensive for what it is. Dodge ball and areas are free for all so it's hit or miss what you manage to do...

I would have given it one star but the staff on the ground were very good, hence two. Management and CEOs need to sort out the policy's as for me and my family, we'll never return which is a shame. Anyone looking to go and burn off energy while burning off their cash, this is for you. There are better companies and choices, good luck...

Total scam regarding not letting you wear grip socks from other trampoline parks. What exact safety standards do your socks meet? Can you share with us your test results? Where's your risk assessment and public liability insurance? Where was the supervision in the park? Shocking place, go elsewhere is my advice

I took my kids here a couple of weeks ago. I booked online, the price list gave a price for adult supervisor of £4.99 however when I booked it, this was unavailable so my options were to book as a non-jumper for £2.99 or as an over 18 for £14.99 this I wasn't happy with. Then my son got told off for not wearing the grip socks... I have multiple issues with this; the first being I signed a "waiver" saying that any accidents were not the fault of bounce so why do they care? The answer is they don't, they care to make extra money. The second being that there should be some sort of pop up etc when booking online to say you will have to pay extra on top of what you're paying or we won't let your kid go on anything, either that or they need to include it in the price as otherwise you're paying to "bounce" and not being able to! Third when we came in and showed the booking it was not mentioned that my kids had to wear these socks so I wasn't made aware at any time until my son was told off. And finally there is no signage anywhere inside to say you are not allowed to use the equipment without grip socks. COMPLETE SCAM. Guy on reception was very nice though, this is the only reason I have given 3 stars.
