We stayed here with a group of 5. It's a great location for going to a concert at Croke Park. It's only a 15min walk from the B&B. Bernie is a very helpful host and recommended lots of good Pubs in the area, also her husband served great breakfast. It's very easy to reach city center since the bus station is only a short walk. The rooms are probably little bit small, but it's definitely very clean and cosy.

Good location between city centre and airport. Near bus stop. Room pretty and clean. Good Irish  breakfast. Bernie and PJ are well organised and helpful.

I stayed in Botanic View for 1 night and I will definitely be back.  The house was clean and well kept and my room was lovely and cosy.  Breakfast was lovely  and served by PJ.  I telephoned the lady of the house called Bernie earlier in the day for directions and as she was in town herself she arranged to pick me up in the City Centre and drove me back to the B&B!!  A lovely lady. I would have no hesitation in recommending this B&B for your stay in Dublin.
