Queued for 20 minutes to be told my prescription wasnt there despite me telling them it had been requested for there, went to the doctors they gave me a receipt to show it had been sent 9 days ago, went back, no apology in fact they implied it was my fault and made excuses then told me it would be 15 minutes! Had to get back to work, lets see how I get on later. They need a consultant in to look at their systems as everytime I go in there theres always someone with a 'lost' prescription, it really is a shambles. Minus stars.

Have only used them for my repeat prescriptions and annual flu jab, but have found them friendly and helpful. Being opposite the local hospital and near Andover train station, the shop is way too small and is nearly always very busy, but I prefer using it as parking is free.

Absolute shambles, have had 5 working days to fill my prescription, went in on the 6th day, hadn’t even been made up, seem only to make prescriptions when you go into shop, no apologies or anything, please steer clear. Would give no stars but system will not allow it.
