The renewal of my repeat prescription was more than a week late, causing me issues as I often travel. Next, I then turn up around 12.10 to pick it up. In the shop, I'm ignored by the staff. Then another person enters the shop and immediately is served, before me. I am then told the pharmacist is "out to lunch" between 12 and 1. Right. Go back the next day after 1, but now the pharmacist is "out to lunch" until 1.30pm. I am very sorry, but this is all rank amateurism and terrible customer service.

They only give out prescription medication after 1pm even if it's an emergency
