Fantastic service here today. Staff went out of their way to transfer my prescription from my home 150 miles away to here and dispensed it with a smile. Thank you so much. 10 out of 10.

On 3 occasions I have been given a date when my prescriptions would be ready On each occasion I have deliberately waited an extra week, but every time my prescriptions were not ready Terrible service. I have now changed to another pharmacy

Awful. Out of date products. They do not issue refunds even with receipt. Horrible, rude and unhelpful staff. Give this place a wide berth and use another pharmacy. Zero Stars.

Oh dear.  Huge refurbishment.  Months of disruption. New green staff. Pretty hopeless.  Took in prescription asked specifically for one item. Went back when told to pick up, wasn't ordered yet. Was re-ordered,  couldn't find it. Half the shelf items are in the gods.  Sloping floor. Half the shop devoted to cosmetic products,  nobody ever in that side.  No better for refurbishment and dozy, clueless staff. One member complaining bitterly about customer in front of me. Don't forget everyone in Whitstable knows everyone. Never be rude in front of customers.

Does what you’d expect if you’re after the usual run-of-the-mill chemist things, but unfortunately let down by certain members of staff who don’t seem to understand the concept of customer service. Ignoring your customers and then being rude to them doesn’t make for an appealing shopping experience!

Friendly and helpful local chemist and pharmacy.  Good deals can be had all sorts of gifts including fragrances.  Shame its closed on Sundays. V

Rang ahead to check they could dispense a prescription. They said they could but when I arrived at the pharmacy they said they couldn’t give me the item because they didn’t have a pharmacist to check the item.

I changed from Boots to Cheadles....saw earlier comment about staff...absolutely not the case -the staff have been excellent to me, efficient,friendly,helpful in every way.
