I have just been in the pharmacy to ask advice on my Daughter's foot before purchasing anything to treat it as not 100% sure what it is... the polite young girl behind the counter said she'd ask the pharmacist to have a look if I could wait a few minutes.... The Pharmacist was busy getting people's prescriptions ready yes I understand this - she has her own job to do... but to look at my Daughter's foot would've taken less than 30 seconds... 20 Minutes I waited and still no one looked at her foot - so today i'm sorry to say your customer service was non existent! you only got 1 star today through the young girl being polite.

Always kept waiting even sometimes just to be served, I have a pet hate of shops where the staff feel their time is more important than the customers, the pharmacy can be hit and miss as if you expect to collect prescription even when it is ready, you may be unlucky enough to find the pharmacist is having coffee or lunch or in worst circumstance has gone home and shop staff wont let you have your medication. This is and always has been a shop where the staff feel they are allowed to treat customers badly, I have even written to boots head office, but, nothing has ever changed.
