Visited boots to purchase a birthday present for my wife, a particular perfume with a free gift. I have to say the customer service was terrible. The Asian lady on the counter of perfume section has adapted one rule for one and one rule for another. I seen from a distance how an ordinary customer before me was given all the royalty treatment and free extras handed to him with gift bags etc. I could not even get any help to find out some other offers or best sellers. I decided to pick one on the front display with a free gift. She did not even know which perfume I was talking about (this was a particular one on promotion alongside her counter, and there were only a handful, I'm sure everyone knows Hugo Boss). She did not know if it is 50ml or 100ml. Then she charged me without knowing the price until scanning. Then she did not give me the free gift until I prompted. I asked her if she has any bags or a gift bag but nothing. Boots where do you find these idiots from, I'm sure you can find more better staff, my niece is 10 she will do better as a volunteer and such people as these get paid for supposedly working

Overbearing overpriced excuse for a pharmacy .
If you pay their prices without looking round first you need your head looking at.  Staff look down at you and tend to be busy when you need advice or help.
Boots need to wake up and smell the coffee.

Came in looking for a few gifts for my girlfriends upcoming birthday and was slightly overwhelmed by the choices and options.

As a typical male I had no idea what any of the make up was for or how to decide what would make a nice present so I gave in and decided to seek help, thankfully there was a sales assistant named Francesca. 

She was very patient with me and gave me some very helpful information which allowed me to make a few purchases that I could be confident in.

I left the store having gained a little knowledge, was excited to give my girlfriend her presents and had enjoyed the process. Really appreciate the help - unfortunately there didn't appear to be any management around to leave this feedback with. 

Very pleasant experience and I know where I'll be shopping for things like this in the future and who to ask for help.

Tried ringing to see if something id ordered had arrived.......NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! So i ring customer service for there help and guess what they cant help me!! 😡 place is a joke
