Wish I could give a zero star rating. Customer service at this store is disgusting and the staff are rude and ignore customers. Such a shame considering boots offer a great range of products and offers.

Very bad service.. and attitude from staff. Used to have repeat prescriptions sent to them  pick up. I had to go all over Christmas without medication because they said that they hadn't received prescription from doctor. But 1 of their staff had collected it and they had it all the time. They are rude and arrogant and have no customer skills and think they are doing you a favour . Will use Tesco pharmacy from now on. Also the night window is often closed and there is no one there when there is supposed to be . I would say that the actual pharmacists are normally the rudest apart from 1 young male assistant.

Staff wouldn't check stock availability, even when the website said shop had stock in. Very poor service, either staff need training in the use of website or website needs to be kept up to date. Regardless this was not what I expect from a national chain.

Always waiting ages for prescriptions! Staff are unhelpful and happy for you to just to stand around!

The place is good, but it is bad customer service.
One of the staff members called Jennifer was very rude to me :( , she does not know how to do her job.
She made me hate coming to this boots again
