The pharmacy is an absolute joke.Waited 25 minutes for a repeat prescription that they had since Monday 25/03/24 to be told it wasn’t made up and they couldn’t make it up because they didn’t have the tablets I needed.My husband has now got to drive around County Durham to find a pharmacy that might have the tablets.Absolutely disgusting

Need to update Web page Says open till 5pm But shuts between 1 and 2 pm Come on Boots please keep your local customers updated
Their opening hours need updating a bit if they close at 5pm they should put this on their google listing. Then people wouldn't waste their time turning up when they are closed.! Just had a totally wasted journey expecting a 5.30pm closing time.!
3 members of staff stood chatting whilst I waited to be served. The pharmacy almost never have the full prescription even though its the same every month. Told they didn't have all the items yet again, then told they did in fact have it. They put the farce in pharmacy.
Went in for some makeup and had a consultation with a lady called jackie .She was very knowledgeable and helped a great deal choose what I wanted ,she gave advice on what to use because I haven't a clue, so it was much appreciated
Helpful staff. Shop never too busy. Hope we don't loose it. You can order online and pick up in store.

Small Boots store, it’s a pharmacy and little else. Be prepared to wait if you need a prescription, they aren’t very quick here! Has a very small fragrance counter.
