For the first time in over 8 years it saddens me to say that we have misplaced a customers item that required framing (a small x-stitch). This is a very unhappy situation and all of us at Aycliffe Framers are upset at this. We have of course offered compensation to the customer, as would be expected in a situation like this. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those happy customers we have had over the past years, for their continued support of a small local business that is still going on in this depleted town centre and the poor economic climate, and we hope to see you all again as this year unfolds.

After recently retiring and touring the UK in my campervan, I bought myself a lovely coastal print from a photographer in Cornwall. When I returned home, I took the frame into Aycliffe Framers and had a few suggestions made to me regarding the framing. We eventually decided on a lovely wood frame, with a texture reminiscent of drift wood and painted in blues, which perfectly complimented my print. I have just collected the picture today and it looks fantastic. A superb quality and professional job, which I can't wait to hang.

The gentleman who runs this store is fantastic. Very helpful and kind, helped me to find the perfect momentum for my mother's passing. I would recommend this store to everyone.
