Referred here by NHS 111 for an urgent appointment  The pharmacist failed to see or be able treat a bad infection. Westmorland General were excellent. I should never have been referred there.

Fantastic service Monday the 20th of November. I was immediately looked after by the pharmacist for my prescription for an awful toothache. The sales assistant also helped me find two items I needed. I could not have had better service. Thank you.

I have to mention an outstanding member of your team, the pharmacist Mike. His kindness, patience and overall knowledge in dealing with a concern of my wife’s Clare health. We rang the Windermere store this Wednesday, to ask for advice regarding a prescription, and we have to say the reassurance, the knowledge and overall help in the matter can only be described as priceless. Whilst we appreciate we are in the middle of a pandemic, we never felt rushed, she covered all the topics in our question, but most importantly we was totally reassured with his advice. Mike is a credit to your organisation, and a valuable team member.Mike also endorses the credibility of your brand, 10 out of 10 a true star.

Helpful and well staffed. Called in for some tablets and they made sure I knew what they were and in the taking of them. Good location and reasonably priced.

A very small Boots but it has a surprisingly large amount of stock /variety and is well worth a visit. Open when some of the other chemists are closed in the village so a useful service.

Staff were trying their best,  but there's not nearly enough of them. If there's one person in line ahead of you,  or one phone call ongoing,  everything grinds to a halt!
