Absolutely love Mexican food and this is obviously a takeaway version. I’ve delayed adding a review as every time I’m in Boojum I seem to be badly overcharged. As a veggie ordering the beans means guacamole should be free but every time I am charged and I have to raise it with staff. Even then the price is so inconsistent. My pal’s burrito was e16 the other day! absolutely no idea how they arrived at that : staff are lovely and the food is nice for takeaway Mexican but if veggie it would probably be cheaper to go for a full meal at Cafe Mexicana as you’ll most likely get stung here. Vegetarian options: 3 bean chili option in place of meat. Also a limited edition veggie pork option.
Place was amazing back in 2018-2019 and has been on a downward spiral since. Ordered recently, couldn't believe the portioning for the cost. Over 30 euros for the order delivered and was mediocre at best. Won't be back.
I’ve eaten here more than 30 times. The food is good but depending on the person serving, you either get good value for the money. Or you’ll regret going. Some people servings are very small. Great quick food, best of all was the cool air from the aircon, welcome relief from a hot and humid day. Portions were large. You choose your own fillings. All ingredients were fresh.Food: 5/5

Cold food, prob from days ago, chorizo option is horrible because it comes with squared pieces of meat and they are cold as well, afterwards they dont even reheat the whole burrito and they dont really know how to wrap. This place its a mess, pls bring CHIPOTLE.
Used to be amazing but lately EVERY time I order it’s a disappointment. Staff are clearly not reading tickets correctly or else they just don’t care. Food is carelessly thrown together, they constantly miss items, I’ve had more than one bowl turn up only half full. A disgrace for the price of the food. It’s laughable really.Food: 1/5
No sign of any notice that they don't accept cash in the cork branch. Nobody told me until I'd ordered the burrito and they had made it. Went to hand them cash and was only told at that stage. They then had the cheek to laugh and mock me then when I said I didn't want it anymore and walked away. Wouldn't eat there again if I was starving.
We go here often. You can get a student discount and it's a lot. The staff are friendly and clean. There's always a long line here. Eating at a good restaurants
