Amazing food full of flavour. Naan bread was fresh out of the over and had a lovely crisp to it. Best curry I've had in a long time. Our waiter was Ro ?sp, and he was also fantastic.Food: 5/5

My mum has been telling to try the Bonoful for awhile but i don't go to portobello that often & i think am to far for delivery Anyway last week i was in portobello with a friend & i thought i can't leave with out trying Bonoful, i didn't realise the time & when i got there the door was open but it was only 3:50 i asked if i could please get a takeaway & the guy went through the back to ask if it was ok he came back with a yes I got a 2 main meals 2 rice 3 breads & a couple of sides it came to just over £50 i thought it was going to be more & the food was honestly delicious full of flavour & the meat just melted in your mouth, i asked my friend what she thought of her meal & she said absolutely gorgeous worth a 5 Great service, lovely staff & excellent food = 5 thank you from 2 happy customers.
EDIT: Waiters quite pushy, eg request for tap water answered with just bringing the menu again. Despite we ordered some lassi before that made us thirsty Awesome food. All was really really good - I will definitely come back.

Staff Behaviour : Staffs are very rude. They are selling most of the food item in the name of West Bengal and North Bengal as provided in their menu card, but the staffs are very rude to Asian people. Quantity & Quality : special fried rice quantity is too less, even not enough for a kid. Shobuz chicken is too minty and not recommended at all. Only kalo lamb was good. We asked for normal water along with the food we ordered, they served a small jar of water, which could hardly fill 2 glasses Service time : the service time was too long. We felt discriminated as local people were getting good attention of the staffs
Outstanding meal - really full of flavour and excellently prepared. Highly recommend the King Prawn Balti. Will definitely be coming here again. Very clean and attentive service. Toilets were pristine! Invited to use hand sanitiser on arrival, which is an indicator of how seriously they take hygiene.
Ordered meals for home delivery for guests a group of 5. Website is a bit difficult to use as the page keeps refreshing. However, it promised a delivery at certain time and it arrived dot at that time. Meals were packed good, food was still hot, it tasted very nice. Good portion size. We enjoyed the meal at home.
Ceiling fans were annoying made 1 of us cold. Onion barges not as nice as in Sheffield and had to pay extra for pickle tray no onion salad as we know it and the raita was like sago pudding Give me our home restaurant anyway Disappointing as it was a birthday celebration . Expensive too half as dear again as we usually pay. Didn't mind paying if it was better as it's expected in London and Edinburgh etc
