Booked car in for an engine diagnostic and new tyre for the 13. Took car to garage at 8.10 on the 13th. Went to collect after 4pm, tyre was not there and the garage operator had no idea of engine management test. What is it with communication, I have had one serious issue with a garage in jed, are they all the same!!

Undertook the work before giving me the quote, meaning that I had to fork out a surprise £240 for a 30 min job.

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
