BodyKraft Dudley carried out some repairs on my car, following an accident I had, and the repairs were done to an impeccable standard, looks brand new, the car lines are perfect, paint work excellent. It did take far longer than expected, but my guess is that maybe it was due to having to order so many genuine parts from Italy (I own a Alfa Romeo Gulietta) for genuine parts, and having to order new license plate? Whatever the reason I'm not complaining, I'm grateful it got repaired at high standard, PLUS, my insurance covered a courtesy car for me for the entire time....wohooo!!! Highly recommend!

Bodykraft carried out repairs on my car following an accident. Pleased to say that the process was completely hassle free from start to finish. The repair work was completed to the highest standard and they supplied me with a courtesy car for the duration of the repairs. Highly recommended.

Real joke of a company, had my mother in laws car now for almost 6 weeks! Last week said they were waiting for a quality check this week it’s a valet! Absolutely ridiculous, at the start they were blaming the insurance company! Google reviews don’t allow you to give zero stars otherwise I would have! Stay well away! You are allowed to tell your insurance company where you want your car fixed, if they suggest Body Kraft absolutely refuse, it’s an awful company.

Joke of a company....had my car now for nearly 3 weeks for minor damage to rear end. Keep blaming the insurance company for delays but they are wrong....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SENDS YOU THERE INSIST ON GOING SOMWHERE ELSE...JOKE....should be no stars.
