I am a 64yr old woman, who, along with a very good friend, attends physical training sessions with Body Conditioning.  We have been going about once a week for over 3yrs, and have just recently started two sessions a week!  Scott, our personal trainer, is professional, very knowledgeable and very kind.  Scott has improved our fitness, flexibility, well being and waistlines!  Our sessions are always tailored to how we feel, physically and mentally on the day and we both always leave feeling tired and very happy.  I cannot recommend Body Conditioning and Scott enough.
I first started training with Scott because I had my wedding coming up and I wanted to lose some weight, tone up and feel great in my wedding dress. Scott set clear targets and with encouragement and motivation he helped me to achieve this goal. It’s now 11 months down the line and training is a part of my life. It allows me to maintain a balanced lifestyle and look after myself. I feel stronger than I ever have and feel energised after a PT Session. I recommend Scott to anyone looking for a kind, passionate and motivational trainer. Thank you
Scott has been training me for several years now. I work shifts but Scott is flexible and understanding towards when I can train. He always leaves me feeling motivated and mentally uplifted, listens to my training requirements and sets appropriate goals. We’ve had a great journey together so far and long may it continue.
My Dad, teenage brother and I have been trained by Barry for several years. He has been amazing at designing sessions specific to our needs and is dedicated to seeing us improve. Sessions are always enjoyable, would highly recommend!
I have attended group sessions at Body Conditioning, led by Phil for around a year now. We go once a week and I wish it was more! Phil is the perfect balance of friendly, positive and motivational. He pushes me to make sure I have a fab workout each week. Phil has transformed the way I train and I now adopt the methods he has taught me for when I'm training solo. I feel fitter, stronger, healthier and even mentally more capable since attending these sessions. Thanks Phil!
I have been having personal training with Body Conditioning for two years now and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. My trainer Kirsty offers me constant support and advice and is very patient even if i dont always make the correct choices! The training has seriously improved my fitness and the sports that I play outside of the training have consequently improved in leaps and bounds tennis, skiing etc. The training is always challenging without feeling unachieveable - the best bit being that often it's just you and your trainer in the gym! Ultimate privacy - and you dont have to deal with the intimidation of a normal gym. In short, slowly but surely, I have lost 2 stone with Body Conditioning in a way that is sustainable and healthy and they supported me the whole way.
Joining Body Conditioning was a huge step for me and one that has changed my life. Kirsty my PT has been an incredible support when training with her and outside of training. All of the team are extremely friendly and supportive and Kirstys continued long term guidance regarding exercise, fitness and meal advice has been a massive part of my positive change in lifestyle.
Barry and his team have transformed my life. They helped me achieve my desired level of fitness and body shape while teaching me the importance of sleep, diet and balanced lifestyle choices. It’s no wonder that the gym is full of referrals from happy customers. I can’t recommend them high enough.
I have been training with Body conditioning for over two years, and cannot recommend the team enough. Their commitment to peoples wellbeing and personal health goals is outstanding. The facilities available are excellent and it is a great environment in which to train. I have experienced excellent gains and results during my time with the guys and I would highly recommend Body Conditioning to anyone considering personal training.
The body conditioning team I train with Scott, and Barry are awesome - they have made a huge impact on my well-being and lifestyle. I feel physically fit, I eat better, I look better and more importantly they make the whole process fun! The programme is extremely personalised based on your objectives and while they push you to achieve in the indidivdual sessions, it is always delivered with high energy and motivation. Love these guys.... and the healthy smoothies post workout are immense.
