Whether in a 1:1, small group or class setting, I always tailor the sessions to the needs of the individual and we work as a partnership in your best interests. I am always keen to liaise with your medical professionals as appropriate.In my private classes in and around Petersfield, Hampshire I aim to foster small, friendly and cohesive groups within which you can experience "Personal Pilates" in a group setting.
