Never have to add anything to the salmon biscuits to make her eat. Her coat is super shiney and her breath and the other end never smells!!! Ever!!! Customer service is brill. We have the automated delivery service and they text and email about delivery times and days. 5*

Really poor customer service

Spent £200 and only got half my order over 2 days, as the rest of it was lost.

Packages turn up looking battered and like they have been dragged around the warehouse.

2 weeks later and l am still waiting for the rest of my order with no news on delivery.

Don't waste your time and money!.

My two beagles LOVE Bob and Lush food.  Excellent service and delivery too.  Update:  Thank you so much for our gift of a Bob and Lush Snuggly Bed.  Honey and Pippa love it!

Couldn't get my Yorkie pup to eat till I found Bob and Lush wet puppy food, now she is eating well and thriving. Another month and she will be on adult food so I will be ordering that from Bob and Lush. Their dog treats are something different. The other 3 adult dogs as well as the pup go crazy when I bring out the Bob and Lush treats, hard for them to sit still and wait till the packs are opened.
I am so glad that I found Bob and Lush. 5star!

Excellent food for my Bella and her baby pugs...Bella is very fussy with her food but she seams to love this.. dry and tinned xxx
