Exceptionally slow service but very happy with the glasses sturdy, good quality when I finally got them.
Nightmare 2 weeks calling to organise the pick up in order to return some items which where given to the courier without having any confirmation email or a tracking number and suddenly now no one has any records of dealing my return, stay away!!
Great customer service over the phone by a gentleman named Alan. Went out of his way to help me when I found myself in a tricky situation with a last minute order. Also compared to similar companies their prices and options of crockery available is brilliant. Thanks again.
Very good customers and nice staff
Rob, Simon and Tony came to deliver our fridge. It wasn't easy, doors had to be removed. They went above and beyond to install it. They did it with a smile and cracked so many jokes on the way, made a difficult task almost fun ; Really want to thank these guys for an amazing job.
