great customer service can't fault them first class body repair shop

Had car repaired at Boars Tye through BMW Chelmsford for a front end impact. Car needed new wing, bumper, front beam, light cluster and repair to the bonnet. The car came back looking like new, the paint on my car is not standard and it has been resprayed perfectly at all angles. Very happy with the work carried out. I had initially been put off by the first two reviews here but after talking to BMW and them confirming they had used them for years without issues I gave them a go. They get a lot of referrals from BMW plus checks and training, I would definitely recommend them now.

After the third party insurers assessor pushing and pushing for my car to go here it was finally 'repaired' all be it painted the completely wrong colour! With a dent in the door, a new tyre that was never fitted but charged for, scratches in the bumper that had been lacquered over & a door that had been blended by what looked like a child with an aerosol can......... Obviously refused....... 2nd time around....... No tyre still, wheel refurbished but totally wrong colour & streaks now under the lacquer in the door!!!!!! Apparently it's 'commercially acceptable' and that in the right light it would be 'nearly there' Sorry but my understanding is that the vehicle should look like its not been involved in an accident and to minimum disruption stress to myself! Trading standards & the insurance services ombudsman now involved so be very aware of using this garage!!!!
