Had four new tyres fitted this morning & was greeted by a friendly gentleman. Waiting room was warm, spacious & plenty of seating. There's also a viewing window to watch your car being worked on which is a nice touch. Midway through the process, I was asked if I'd like my wheel tracking done and I'm glad I said yes! They found my front right wheel was way out so they got everything perfect and now no more steering wheel wobble/shaking at 70mph! Steering is now spot on, no more pulling to the side  definitely worth the 60 mile round trip, would highly recommend this place.

I came to Tyre Smart following a recommendation by a good friend . I turned up just after 8am on Saturday morning and the place was already busy . a friendly member of staff greeted me and we spoke about what I wanted doing . 4 wheel alignment and 4 new tyres No problem! I was offered a cup of coffee while the guys worked on my car Very polite, knowledgeable staff All the work was carried out efficiently and all while being respectful of my car . The car now drives as it should . I would advise getting here early as by the time I left the staff were rushed off their feet Thanks Tyre Smart- great service

Tyre-Smart are by far the best tyre and wheel alignment specialist in Essex and Suffolk. Had my wheel alignment corrected here, as always excellent service. 100% recommend. BTW — They always supply a great cup of tea or coffee

I use this garage for my tyres all the time and they are very good. Very quick and easy to work with. Always have stock the next day as my tyres are premiums. Lovely seating area and viewing screen. They are also happy to bring you in the garage and show you on problems regarding the wheels and other tyres.

Had 2 tyres replaced today. Good quality tyres at a good price and a very professional service. Start to finish took 20 minutes. Staff were very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable with awesome chairs! Would highly recommend.

I took my Honda S2000 to this branch following strong recommendation from Neil Chap mm an in Braintree. Meeted and greeted by a friendly professional group of individuals who took me through the geometry alignment in an informative manner. From previous setups I recognised the equipment and it's evident they are using modern day machinery and know what they are doing. Definitely recommend.

Such a great company!! Great bunch of people so helpful. Took my car in on a Saturday on the off chance they could fit me in for tracking after hitting a pothole.They said there was a wait as they was busy but could fit me inThe place is brilliant and has a nice waiting area,  they have all the best equipment and the guys have the best knowledge. So after waiting not too long. The guys checked my cars tracking and luckily it turned out to be all green and in spec So they never charged me Thank you guys, brilliant service and peace of mind my car was ok. Will definitely come again if I ever need tyres or tracking in the future. Definitely recommend!!

Went to get my wheels realigned after having repair work following an accident. The chaps here were incredibly friendly and highly professional. I had my alignment done by Martin who was clearly very experienced and allowed me to watch the whole process and talked me through the results. They showed me the alignment results pre and post alignment and I appreciate this transparency.  Pricing was very reasonable.  I would have no hesitation to recommend here to my friends and family.

Had some unusual tyre wear and damage identified on a previous MOT.  Communicated with T-S by email to query options and received an excellent, helpful response.  Arrived without an appointment on a Friday morning shortly after they opened and was greeted at the door. Have brief overview of my concerns, given a recommendation of checks and car straight in and on lift.  Waited in the warm, quiet, waiting room free WiFi - great help! and after a short while given an update and what the issue was. Offered a solution and clear pricing and accepted. Not long after, all sorted and provided with reports for my reference and to add into my service history records.  Overall, an exceptionally friendly and efficient service, and will certainly be back if any future issues or concerns arise.
