Went in for an EGR re-call they only should have touched inside the engine bay, but came back to my roof lining messed with and not even put back properly or even aligned after they messed with it, my sun visor light was hanging out even though they shouldn’t of been messing with my roof. That was alright though as they fixed it for me pretty quickly after going back. DO NOT take the free wash they give you, car is now covered in new scratches from clearly a dirty brush being used again the paintwork only myself to blame for taking a free wash but would 100% AVOID the free was unless you loved a scratched car.
I’m in the process of choosing an EV for my business and so far my dealings with Ross in the business team have been fantastic.nnWe’ve had a test drive of an iX and an i5 and the experience has stood out head and shoulders above our interactions with any other brand we’ve been enquiring with.nnRoss is a credit to the company and, small detail, is the only person we’ve spoken to who introduced themself to my son as well and not just me.nnCatherine was also great in assisting with the test drives and everyone else we interacted with at the dealership was very pleasant and courteous.
I don't even have the right words for the amazing service we received from Eastern BMW. We had the pleasure of dealing with Gurpage who seriously went above and beyond to get us the best deal! We were offered over £1000 more for our part exchange than any other garages we visited and there was a lot! The reception staff were great offering our 2 year old daughter juice, biscuits and ice cream. Because there was a vip event on I got a bag of macaroon and bottle of Prosecco. Even after the deal was signed Gurpage done extra just to make it that bit sweeter. Genuinely can't recommend this dealership enough and I can't speak for all the sales team but if they are anything like Gurpage then this is the place to buy your next car. Also these deals can't go through without managers approval so he clearly knows how to treat his customers also. Thank you so much to everyone!

1st time buying from this garage. Was looked after by Gurpage who was absolutely brilliant. He stayed on late for us to view the car which was really appreciated and way out of his duty!nGreat guy, nice to talk to and honest. What more could you ask for. If your going to buy a car, ask for Gurpage you won't be disappointed!
