Staff are Rude and in can't be bothered mood.Cold Rainy day You are told to wait outside. The lady at the reception no smiles ,no good mornings no nothing. On site staff both have been helpful and kind so 3 stars 2 of them for the site staff..

It is lies with pictures, be careful. They put a picture on advertising but it is not showing what is the real condition, a type of online marketing fraud

Flew from Devon, arrived on time. Had to wait an hour for our car to be pulled. Wardens with the ask us for help signs were not helpful. Thanks BCA

Best customer service ever . I went all the way from Nottingham to Edinburgh to collect car but I mixed up date and when I went there I found out branch close may due to some Scotland holiday. But security staff and branch manager gone extra miles . They gave me car even branch was closed . Saved my journey and time , brilliant service. Best team
