Could not have asked for a better experience! Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and comfortable! The nursing team were amazing and attentive. The star of the day was the anesthetist with Mrs Matthew's! Such a confident , lovely , friendly and humorous man who made the procedure leaving me smiling ! Not what I expected when so nervous - food was also amazing as well as private room which was comfortable and exceptionally clean and warm.

I dont know where to start with this review.nFirst I'd like to say the rooms are exceptional, clean fresh and airy.. i want to Thank every single person who I came in contact with whilst attending for my procedure. there is no one name I want to single out as everyone was amazing. from the receptionist  at first entrance to ward nurses doctors blood nurses etc. . MR SAM DOBSON was my surgeon consultant  and this name I will forever remember and appriciate. absolute star. from first point of telephone contact till the end  afyer procedure and leaving he went above and beyond so professional  caring down to earth and made me feel at ease before going to my procedure he answered everything I  needed to know and made everything so easy for me. his surgical skills are phenomenal. My Anesthetist  I didn't grab his name but made my whole experience  pleasant  and felt no nerves in his care. I cant go on forever as there is so much i can praise the staff but the park hospital is the best place I've ever been and I am forever grateful to the whole team there. Thank you so much everyone you all deserve a gold medal.

I've been here as an NHS patient and cannot fault the treatment and level of care.nHad a total hip replacement on 20th August by Mr Matar.nAll checks were done, pain relief sorted and after care appointments etc before going home.nReturned for follow up appointment and physio sessions etc.nAll of the staff in Rufford ward were friendly, caring and so helpful. Amazing nThe physios were great. Can't remember all names, but Emma did our last two sessions and was fab. Had a new physio with us as well Ollie? and he was great and gave good top tips.nThanks to Mr Matar for getting me through so quickly.nWould recommend 100%

I went for an MRI on Thursday and had a great experience with the MRI team. Thanks to Natasha and Albesa, who were both professional and friendly, and made me feel relaxed. I am very pleased with the service. All the hospital staff were excellent and friendly and I received great care.nnUpdate:nI stayed at Rufford Ward for two days for an operation and had an excellent experience. All the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Walton and Elaine did a fantastic job. Helen and Liz provided outstanding help and support, while Dawn, Stefano, Nicola and Gini were very kind and caring. I want to extend my special thanks to everyone.

The professional care has been outstanding during consultation and procedure. Thoughtfulness, diagnosis, discussing options, decision making, bookings, arrival and settling in my room, procedure and operation and after care as been of the highest order. Mr Peter James and his team are exceptional in the quality of the care they gave me and supported me and my family. I received the best and I am immensely grateful. I came for help whilst in pain and I left hospital without pain. My post operation recovery has been remarkable. Bless you.
