2nd time we have been let down by this firm not impressed. When we rang to find out why they didn't turn up they said we must have booked through another company. Couldn't check last night as boyfriends phone was being repaired but got it back today and it definitely was Arrow. Don't trust them to turn up.

Used this taxi company regularly for the last 7yrs, never once have they let me down, always reliable and punctual and nothing is too much trouble. would be good to see them working late nights again.

They turned up at very short notice and driver was very nice.  I would definitely use them again.

Wouldnt pick up from cannon hall farm to middlestown

Rang the number but told by automated voice, number does not exist. Couldn't speak to anyone.

This company is now under new management Aarons and Arrow are the same company now, 100% reliable and a great bunch of drivers.
