First visit today. Lovely pub, lots of tables outside and loads of clean water bowls for dogs. The food was gorgeous, proper home cooked food and the staff are so friendly. Absolute gem of a place. We will definitely be visiting again, well worth going to.

What an absolute treat this place is, it's a lovely homely pub restaurant, the food was amazing, it's not cheap but you definitely get good value for money. Also let me give a special mention to our waitress Isabelle, she was was of the best waitresses I've ever had, she's very attentive and has a delightful manner. Thank you. We will definitely be returning.
Very friendly and warm inviting pub with great food
Nipped into this fantastic old country pub for a pint of refreshments from our seven mile walk, we were met with a friendly smile and quick service, there was already a big bowl out so the dog could also get some refreshment. Lovely and warm with a real fire lit. We'll worth a visit.Service: 5/5
Let me start off by saying that myself and my partner eat out ALOT. This restaurant was truly lovely. Service was 100%, Isobel or Isabelle was probably the most attentive waitress in all my years of dining. She was lovely. True asset to the bluebel as her service was enough to make anyone want to return. Food was 10/10 !! Great value for money! Will 100% return.
Sunday lunch, excellent food and service in an out-of-the-way lovely old inn. Plenty of choice on the menu, and meals well cooked and presented. Staff professional and very helpful.
Love this place. Seating inside or out. Staff always pleasant. Food great. Dog friendly too. 05/11 popped in with the pug. Turkey ham and stuffing pie . Delish. As good as always
