Dreadful, disorganised and a total rip off! Took an hour to get both in and out of the carpark, absolute mayhem exiting. £25 per car is just greedy, there were plenty of car parks close by that weren't showing on maps and were half the price. Avoid.
Total shambles getting out of Stevie Nicks concert on Tuesday 16th July..should have been marshalling at the end of each isle and then you had to navigate a slalem of badly placed cones slowing everything down .. marshalls just standing there not helping and looking clueless...took over an hour to get out everyone polluting the atmosphere and wanting to kill everyone else..paid £25 for a load of stress before a 2hour drive...should have parked well away and risked being mugged!
Avoid like the plague at the moment. Went to a City Women game and it was utter chaos getting on/off the car park. Only one entrance/exit and no staff managing the queues leaving. Might improve once they finish the work on the arena but that's months off by the look of things. Waited longer to leave than the match itself.
I did NOT hate it ! I have NO recollection of using it.
Free for the WSL games at the Academy StadiumnBit of a pain to get out of for the mens games unless you leave a few mins before full-time
