Story

In an area where politics, business and influencers come together and within the eight minute division bell, Blue Boar Smokehouse and Bar will be at the heart of InterContinental London Westminster’s food and drink offering. Taking inspiration from the best American pit masters and using great British ingredients, Blue Boar Smokehouse & Bar will serve melt in the mouth feasts and London brewed cask ales.
On-site charcoal and smoking ovens will produce rustic dishes served in a modern way; classic comfort food using great British produce.
Signature 'smokehouse' dishes include Blue Boar barbecued baby back ribs, pulled rare breed pork collar, English mustard glazed rare breed pork belly and stuffed fillet of sustainable sea bass with preserved lemon, samphire and fennel.

We were staying at the Hub hotel, which is practically next door so we chose to eat here based on location. Nice interior and the staff were friendly and the uniforms very smart. Food was tasty and reasonable portions. We had the beef and Guinness pie and the Rib burger. Visit if staying near by.

A great dining experience. I had one of the best steaks I've ever eaten, the staff were great, excellent service. I was also slightly distracted by Andrew Neil sitting on the next table, only in Westminster.

By far the greatest meal I have ever had. I cannot reccomend this place enough, the staff are so friendly and helpful, very smartly attired and the food was out of this world. If you ever have the pleasure to visit London,be sure to check this place out.

Excellent gastropub in stylish surroundings. The beef sandwich, served with chips and onion rings, was fabulous.

Excellent for lunch, great service, excellent food, and nice atmosphere.  They have also done a really good job of making it COVID safe, with hand sanitizer and taking details for track and trace.

Food was generally good. A lot says service was bad but we had a really good service in the dining room. Staff was attentive and really explained the “new” spring menu to us. Would recommend.

An extremely pleasant place to eat and drink.  Had a business meeting here on a Wednesday evening. Food was nice with generous portions.  I don't eat in the part of town usually so not use to the prices!

Enjoyed dinner. Staff was friendly. Maybe not the best place for dessert. It wasn't bad, just ok.
