Ordered a 120mm coilover kit from here for my T5 and up to now it’s been awesome. It replaced a low end kit and the difference is amazing. Only been installed for a few weeks but as things stand I would definitely shop at bluebird again. Wish I’d bought this kit in the first place. My budget only really afforded me a entry level kit, and I certainly couldn’t afford Bilsteins, so I decided to stretch to a mid range set and these bluebird coilovers have definitely come to my rescue.

I would give zero stars if i could! Incompetent and untrustworthy traders. I ordered a sliding door seal for my vw t4 and the one i was sent was too short by 6 inches. Richard advised me to "stretch it" hahahaha, so I said id return it and buy a genuine one as the seal was close to the original but not quite close enough for me left gaps. Richard agreed to a refund and to pay the return postage as the trim wasnt fit for purpose, so fair enough. Then 2 weeks later i receive a replacement! Again i contacted Richard and he says it was their mistake and to return the trim and agrees to pay the return postage again. Well fast forward another couple of weeks and I had to open a case with paypal to get even the original purchase price back. I am still out of pocket by £15 even though they agreed to pay as it was their error both times. Avoid at all costs

I bought a set of Vogtland dampers for my T4 in October 2017 and one of them started to leak in March 2018, failing its MOT just a day before we were about to set of to the airport for a flight to Canada. I called Richard at 4pm and he sent me a replacement damper, not Vogtland because he didn't have one, on a next day delivery - so I got my MOT and we caught our plane. When we returned 5 days later I had a new Vogtland damper from Germany. Brilliant service, Richard took my word for the failure and dealt with it professionally and very efficiently. Much appreciated! I will be back.
