Would highly recommend. Part-exchanged my existing car for a C3, and the process was straight forward and very quick. Naim was extremely helpful and explained the various options available but did not try to sell me anything that I didn’t want, or need.
Purchased my Citroën C1 from Chorley Group Blackburn. Naim was wonderful throughout the process, thoroughly pleasant and transparent about all aspects of buying a car. I will definitely return in the future.
Arrived at Blackburn to look for a change of car and was met within a couple of minutes by Naim. He was very pleasant and not at all pushy, told us to look around and if we needed any help to come and find him. We were left to look around in our own time and when we wanted some help Naim was there immediately. His obvious knowledge helped us immensely and after making a tentative choice we were invited inside to talk things through. After taking us through the valuation for our own car which met with our approval we were invited to take out our chosen new car for a test drive. After arriving back at the dealership the rest was relatively straight forward and Naim very professional but also very friendly. It’s the second time of choosing a new car from this dealership and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
