We went to get my daughters 18th items,the lady on the balloon section was amazing,she went out of her way to help us,and also told us about patio heaters that were on offer,which we also purchased, also about downloading the app, which I have.I have to say all the staff in there are wonderful,so friendly and helpful. Although they were busy doing their own work they ensured that we had the best customer service going, We will definitely be returning and will definitely tell others to go, them ladies are an asset to that company.

Its ok staff a bit laxydaisycal chatting away to each other n ignoring customers, stock average, wouldnt rush back in a hurry, but may call again if passing

Men's clothing selection is everything from pants and socks to coats shirts shoes and some branded trainers etc.. some mens fragrances etc..some food is stocked loads of sweets and soft drinks.. staff are helpful and friendly it's a nice store and free parking..

Staff really helpful and friendly! Good range of products for sale. Unfortunately not as cheap as I remember, I used to always come out with a bargin. I would have liked to see a larger selection of some items, especially baking and kitchenware and utensils. I will definitely go back. A small percentage of what ever is spent goes to the amazing Milly's Smiles charity.
I’ve come into this shop a few times just to have a look around, but this evening I felt really uncomfortable. I came in with a pack of toilet rolls from Rays as it was closing before the factory shop, and as I was walking around I could feel a member of staff constantly watching me. I work in retail so I know you have to be cautious and look out for shop lifters, but everywhere I turned she was there. This made my visit really unpleasant because I could just see her there in the corner of my eye everywhere I went. Despite the times I’ve visited before and had no issues I don’t see myself returning because this one incident has just made me feel a type of way. As I was about to leave I could feel the glare and then she shouted if I had paid for the toilet roll although it wasn’t from that store. I left the store feeling embarrassed. I understand mistakes happen but please train your staff to make it less obvious.
