Our car was stolen 2 months ago and the blie badge was taken along with it. I applied for a replacement and am still waiting. I called and they said that no application existed despite me having an email stating that it had. I was told that an emergency one would be issued ASAP but then i received an email to call them. Which i have done and have been on the phone for over an hour! And i cant leave a voicemail as they asked me to call them. Normally the service is great but after having experienced the traumatic ordeal of having our carvstolen, i dont really need all this delay.
Excellent service. I submitted my application online. Do simple. I had to provide further details but again all I had to do was to respond via email. Everything wa made so eady.
