Used this company three times now, every time they get better. Melissa is amazing with her design ideas. Nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic quality balloons and decor. And the seat covers at the wedding looked beautiful. Five star company. I wouldn't use anybody else. Thank you so much Melissa, for making the day so special.
I have used blissful balloons for many years on a very regular basis. Their customer service and deliverance is impeccable. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have some very "out there" design requests and its always executed beyond my expectations. Highly reccomend. Absolutely outstanding.
