Friendly and helpful staff, saved our skin with forgotten child fancy dress days on several occasions! It has a great range for all sizes, though do check the sizes of first for kids, we've found them to vary greatly within the same age group.

Hello I have brought and hired many costumes from Pinocchios so I recamended pinnocios to my son so he went and brought a costume unable to try on due to work times when he got home he was told that the party was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and I am not able to get a refund for him quite disappointed if Pinocchios just took a look at outfit they would see it as never been worn and also I cannot find anywhere on the web site saying no returns

Ran in for a halloween costume, they were very busy but I got served quickly at a fair price and they had very polite staff.
Called in advance to see if they have costumes suitable for someone 6 ft 7 which they said they had. Went to the store and they had nothing. What a waste of time.
Great selection of costumes. Owners are a laugh too! Make an effort to be nice to them.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the premises cater for all kinds of fancy dress needs. Will use them again
Great variety to choose from. The shop is closing down in 2019 so get your stuff before it's gone.
