Blaenavon World Heritage Centre

A great place to meet up with friends for a cuppa, breakfast or lunch. A library here too, with lots of local info about events and attractions. A great source for local history.

Quite a small center but worth a visit coupled with the Iron Works and Coal Mine. Blaenavon is an interesting little town with a lot of history.

Fab little local place, great for a cuppa, and a suprisingly great view of the graveyard, which is prettier than it sounds.

With a wealth of historical knowledge from mining, iron works, living conditions through the ages & education. Staff are very helpful & will try to find answers to questions that may not be openly obvious. Warm & welcoming small cafe offering small snacks, hot & cold light meals & homemade cakes. If you are interested in local history, then this is definitely a place to visit.
