Absolutely devastated at how poor the flowers were that we ordered for my Mothers funeral. Spent £450 & the floral tribute spelling MUM was completely different to how it appeared in the pictures, the colours & intricacy were not as it appeared on the website or in the store as i had gone in twice to make sure we were getting what we wanted, you could barely make out it what it said & the GRANDMA one was even worse, they were both just a floral blur. If i could add a photo i would so everyone can see how poor they were. The only saving grace were the flowers for the coffin top but again they were still quite different to how we were told they would be. Ive not gone in to speak to them as im too upset & cant see how they could rectify this as the day has past we cant go back & change who we used for flowers but id rather warn other people not to use them so they dont have to feel the devastation we felt upon seeing them. It made a terrible day even worse you only get one send off & i told the owner i needed the flowers to be perfect & cant believe the end result. As we were in the family car everyone was commenting on how they couldnt make out what they said & seeing as i had arranged these i felt so stressed & upset that id let everyone down with my choice of florist.

Hi we would like to give a big thank you to the lovely lady that served us when we orderd the shamrock wreath for our grans funeral we was thoroughly delighted with it and couldn't be more happier. We would highly recommend Heather lea florist and we would definitely be using them in the future extremely happy customer's
