Ann did the flowers for my husbands funeral they were just perfect beautiful arrangements for the top of the casket and a dad arrangement too couldn’t ask for better x

We had a very positive experience with this florist. They were amazing to work with while purchasing a floral arrangement from a distance for our Aunt’s funeral. The process was seamless and timely. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and in the end made all of the arrangements to be sure that the flowers would be with our Aunt throughout her service. I cannot say how much we appreciate the care taken by Ann Barnes and her staff.

I ordered an Aqua pack to be delivered to our hotel. The service is outstanding from Ann Barnes Florists. Very helpful and Very easy to order over the phone as previous years. When we arrived at out hotel room, the flowers were in the room as requested. My wife was delighted with these flowers for our wedding anniversary. What an amazing lady!! She went the extra mile for me today making the most beautiful flowers I ordered for a funeral and not only that she went the extra mile and added special extra touches for me to make them extra special!! I recently needed to order flowers for a relative who was very ill and hospitalized in Blackpool.  I live in California so was somewhat at a disadvantage in that I had to rely on the internet to find a florist.  After much research, I settled on Ann Barnes Florist because the shop was voted as one of the top 3 in Blackpool and they received numerous good ratings online.  I made the right choice.  Ann checked with the hospital to ensure they would accept flowers before she charged me - I found this to be so kind - after all, she was not obliged to do so - could have attempted delivery and charged me whether they were accepted or not. This is definitely the type of service that is fast disappearing. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and I was told they were "the best on the ward" and cheered up patients and staff alike. Ann was amazing for my wedding flowers. I had no idea what I wanted but she immediately put me at ease and showed me lots of different ideas, discussing my budget and my favourite flowers. When the flowers arrived, having left her to it, everything was perfect. Can't recommend enough and thank you so much xx

Phoned and ordered a last minute bouquet early sat morning for a birthday, and picked it up a couple of hours later! When I arrived at the shop it was sat on the counter ready! Wow! What a fantastic bouquet. All fresh flowers perfectly arranged with added wow! Colours and range of different flowers were just right. Not very often in this day and age that things exceed expectations but this did.  Thanks Ann Barnes florists, Blackpool.

Buying flowers is a simple enough transaction. Doing it remotely using website is a little more daunting but Ann and team provided the extra service needed to make this task as simple as going into the shop. Good communication incl follow up phone call ensured a faultless service at a good price. It's not rocket science but we all know that online services can be hit and miss. This one is a hit. Recommended.

I got married Saturday 22nd October in Blackpool I'm from Hereford over 160 miles away! I described the flowers I wanted for my bridesmaids myself and button holes over the phone! They were exactly what I envisioned! Delivered to the hotel in plenty of time absolutely perfect 110% rating would highly recommend service amazing, price excellent! Thank you so much! Xxx
