Left my bank card in this establishment when I went back to get it, I was told my original £70 payment didn't go through. My online banking said it 100% had come out of my account. I was coerced into paying again after being told "it will bounce back in". The timeframe of this had already been past the bounce back period but I wasn't thinking clearly. I had to go through my bank to get this money back and they confirmed that there had been very suspicious things going on here. Before going to the bank, I spoke to a manager, he said there was nothing he could do and to speak to the owner, i kept getting lied to about what day the owner would be in... so more of my time wasted. The few times I've been back in as I grudge going there now, my experience has been horrible. My situation gets broght up everytime I'm in, by the horrible rude old man that works behind the counter. 2 days ago I was told when getting milk for my little brother "did I ever get that money back?" And "did i apologise to the boss, for giving him a hard time"   I should have never had to go through my bank or make a second payment. The only person who has had a hard time here is ME! and I will never be going back and telling everyone to avoid this place!! Disgusting behaviour quite frankly and looking at other reviews it looks like stealing people's money and being very rude is common place in this establishment.
Contrary to the negative comments about the staff, I've always found them to be helpful. The owner was extremely polite with good customer skills when I needed to discuss a matter and made a good business decision to resolve the matter. I shall be very happy to continue to use Blackpark Filling Station as a result.
Great service from great staff. Magic hot rolls on weekdays and good selection of solid fuels. Also good info on vehicle fuels from staff. All round a very good outlet. Cant look past it.
Bought BBQ Calor Gas of these guys, 2 x bottles. Went back with my receipt when the bottles were empty and they wouldn't refund me the cost of the bottle or take the bottles back. Very unhelpful wouldn't go back.
Its a shame i even have to leave 1 star!! The most ignorant and incommunicable staff i have ever encountered in any of the uk petrol stations i have ever visited weekly..... and myself being Scottish, the staff here are a pure embarrassment to Esso AND inverness.....
Always gone to Blackpark and always found staff exceptional until this evening.... Very very rude.... Will go elsewhere for gas cylinders now !
Always find this filling station excellent,good selection in shop, plus staff really nice and friendly, always try and go here for fuel
Best car wash ever staff really friendly
Self car wash is crab, car wash machine is very often out of service,soap is often a Out of service
I find the staff really nice helpful and even go out their way to help.
