Very happy with how they treated our dog, he's a cavapoo puppy, 5mths old and due to infections never been well enough to have his vaccinations due to the medication he's been taking, so he's never met anyone outside our family before. The vets and nurses kept him calm and really made a fuss over him keeping him calm we were worried, after numerous visits he'd be scared of going in, but we've noticed he loves going to see the staff there because of all the attention he gets, good prices, lovely staff, highly recommended. Thank you from me and Noodle x

We brought our 8 week old German Shepherd puppies Rosie and Ruby to have their first check ups and 1st injections. The Vet we saw spent time with us explaining what each immunisation was for and why the girls needed it. What a pleasant experience we had the practice and staff team are A1 we would recommend them to all. You can tell there is a genuine love for all they care for.X What a welcoming friendly place it is all the staff we met were ery kind

Hi. Just would like to say thanks to the staff here. I brought a stray dog in this afternoon to see if they could scan her for a microchip. The lady I spoke to was really kind and helpful. Fortunately the dogs owner was out searching for her so we pointed her in your direction. Thanks again for your time and help. Alistair
My 8 Yr old neo mastiff died recently and this vet has been with us since day one having the puppy plan is excellent value for money from 1st jabs to boosters etc..to the final careing recommendations for her cremation. Thank you for all you've done Regans .
Iv found this vets to be the best one iv been to, I have only been twice, but I feel you do get a good feeling about vets. I took my ferrets in, with a bowel issue .uwin, one of the vets was brilliant, he was honest and said he wasn't too familiar with ferrets, but he took the time and I think a call to speak to another exotic vet, and treated my pet with medication He is a truly lovey vet, who deeply cares for individual pets The front receptionist, are lovely too, and and have the same caring attitude, and a excellent customer service manner I'll be registering all my vets with this surgery, knowing I will get the best of care for my annimals Thankyou x
They've looked after all my pets since I moved to Bolton almost 20 years ago. For the last 11 years they've looked after Bob, the pictured tabby. They're great. Friendly and caring staff, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, I'm not prepared to cheap out on my not so little fella
Really professional and caring staff. They take everything into consideration when dealing with you and your pet. Fabulous
Fantastic team of vets, nurses and reception staff. The care given to us last week when 1 of our cats suddenly fell ill was outstanding. He was seen immediately, given all the care and attention needed, but unfortunately had to be put to sleep. The vet we saw was so caring and compassionate at an extremely difficult time for us, we did not feel rushed during our last moments with him at all. Thank you Bury Road vets, we miss Rocket terribly and appreciate the little surprise card with his paw print received through the post today.
