Amazing service offered to us. Great explanations and advice given when our rather silly Red Setter, Rosie, suspectedly ate a Daffodil bulb, therefore poisoning herself on a Friday night. Luckily I was able to get a short notice appointment for the last appointment of the day to see Mr Manning. Me and my family have been long-standing customers to Hillcrest so we are already aware of the great service offered in times of need. Saved our Springer Poppy's life 2yrs ago following an incident at Rivington. Will definitely be returning for future check-ups, surgeries etc at the Buckshaw clinic. Thank you!

I have been attending the Buckshaw practice with my puppy for her vaccinations. We have had very positive experiences at the Chorley site with our older dog, but being able to attend a more local clinic is really handy for us with a pup whos still getting used to car travel. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and great with my pup who they help to feel at ease. The the process of attending appointments is stress free and all Covid regulations are easy to follow. Would recommend.

This veterinary practice has always provided excellent service for all our animals over the last 30 years. It is not the cheapest by quite a way but the standard of care is outstanding so worth every penny.

Fast and friendly service. We now use this as our Vets. We used to use another in town but hillcrest gives me the confidence to leave our two dogs in their care. Great people and great service

Found amongst the maze of buckshaw but will be easier to find next time ... Didn't go inside due to covid-19 restrictions .. so didn't feel the sting of the injection, just felt the pinch in the wallet afterwards ..

Staff always so lovely and helpful. Social distancing in place. Your pet goes in, you remain outside.
