Extortionate prices for emergency surgery for my cat. Complaints were made and the main vet/owner was extremely smug about it. He also owns 2 other Vets4Pets surgeries (possibly even more now). The vibe I got was that he cared more about money than my cat. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot praise the Senior Vet Thomas Hindley enough, he was so compassionate and remarkably kind towards my 18 year old cat over a number of years. He gave him two years of support through his extensive research and treatment, I believe our cat Vico, benefited from a further two years of life due to Thomas's fundamental extensive knowledge of senior cats and how to treat them. Thank you to you Thomas and to all the team at Vets for Pets at the Capitol Centre in Preston. Our cat Vico has now passed away and my family all really miss such a remarkable team of people. I have total trust in them and would highly recommend them to care for your pet.

This is the third time our dog Lulu at 16 years old has undergone surgery this time to remove and clean teeth, I can not speak high enough about Matt and his colleagues at Vets4Pets in Prenton they are amazing caring and fantastic professionals and again have helped Lulu to be healthy , thank you from the bottom of my heart to bring back to health our dearest Lulu. Thank you so much, Jacqueline
