Black Sheep Bistro

I was given a voucher as a present, so my wife and I went for the first time today. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The place serves comfort food and we both loved our meals. The beef shin was exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

Been here several times and each time I forget how good the food is. If you like good Scottish tastes and fresh flavourful food this is a must. The staff are always attentive and polite, I cannot give this restaurant enough praise for how good it is

Went to Black Sheep Bistro last night for my friend's hen party. They outdid themselves, the food was amazing. Simple food but made just that bit better than anywhere else. Oh & the dessert platters ... huge & so good! Thank you to all the staff who made it a special night.

Disappointing, both the food and the service could have been better. Beef olives were pale and the gravy a bit thin, huge pile of mash and some very soft carrots, fish n chips seemed nice enough if unremarkable and desert was the highlight. Service was bland and patchy.

Simply brilliant, such a good standard of meal and presentation very, very nice cosy unassuming place to go, from start to finish we just couldn't fault this place, go on, get yourself booked in

West endhas loads of restaurants but this is up in the top 5%. Food is superb and.nicr staff. Portions are generous...yum

The staff were very pleasant and efficient, the presentation of the food was top class. Definitely be back.

Amazing place would highly recommend a visit although would advise missing the starters if you want to have some room foe the amazing deserts
