After calling in February to register for this dentist, I was promised a call back to confirm an appointment, which I never received! After calling to book an appointment I was told I couldn't attend this dentist due to me failing to attend three appointments that I had never booked nor had confirmation for. The Receptionist didn't seem to care that I wasn't aware of any previous appointments as the system told her otherwise, and informed me there was nothing more I could do, I wasn't allowed to attend the dentist. After mentioning a google review would be uploaded and that I would join another dentist this didn't seem to phase her at all. Very disappointed, however, after looking at other reviews, It looks like I have had a lucky escape!

I have been a patient here for over 10 years, very happy with their service and the level of dentistry. The new look surgery and car park is a big improvement too.

Really good! Big baby at the dentist so was so happy to meet a nice one. Listened to me and explained everything that was going on. I felt relaxed and calm after my root canal and was able to go straight back to work. Hopefully won't need a lot more treatment in the future but will not be worried if I do.

Fantastic practise, the dentists really know the stuff and couldn't do enough for you. Always a pleasure visiting this fine establishment!

For someone who does not cope well with dental appointments, I had to book in to see the dentist a couple of months ago, I was extremely impressed with the changes within the practice, how friendly and attentive the staff are and how relaxed they made me feel before the appointment. I was very happy with my treatment and the way that my various options for the dental treatment had been explained. I don't think I will feel anxious about any future appointments and will be recommending the practice to others.
