Easy to make appointments, text reminders sent which are useful. All staff are courteous & professional. The clinic is very clean & tidy. The dentist was extremely informative throughout the consultation. The negative review about its cleanliness is not correct & if the complaint is really about charges, then seeking legal advice is ridiculous, simply have a grown up conversation with the Practice Manager to seek a suitable resolution. I would definitely recommend thus Practice.
First time I had been to a dentist in about 10 years.nVery friendly staff. Quick, efficient and thorough.nI had the chip on my front tooth filled after over 20 years..looks amazing! So happy with the result. Thank you very much.
I have never written a google review but had to because of the excellent service my family recieved at the practise. Alleren, on reception was professional, empathetic, and efficient, helping us get an emegency appoinment for our 91 year old dad with dementia. This was only matched by the continued patience and kindness of the dentist and nurse, at what was a difficult time. Thank you
Great dentist easy to find, clean and pleasant practice. Professional staff. Went in for an extraction, didn't feel the tooth being taken out. If you need a dentist I would use this one.
I went today after not leaving my house for 13 years as an agoraphobic it was a very very comforting place to be. The dentist was lovely and so was the dental assistant lady. I didn't feel judged once which was really nice and the receptionist was a lovely woman I don't understand where half of these bad reviews came from.
